Privacy Policy

Effective August 15, 2026. This policy describes the data used by the current public catalog.

Data we process

AgentFind does not currently provide user accounts, newsletters, payments, comments, or a database of visitor profiles. Saving an agent stores its identifier in your browser's local storage. That preference stays on your device and is not sent to AgentFind.

If you contact us, we process the contact details and message you provide so we can respond, investigate corrections, or handle a takedown request.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is intended to be hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process request data such as IP address, device or browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the service. Vercel acts under its own terms and privacy documentation.

Analytics and cookies

No analytics product, advertising network, affiliate tracking, or non-essential cookie is enabled in the current codebase. The saved-agents preference uses local storage, not a tracking cookie. If analytics or advertising is added, this policy and any legally required consent controls must be updated before that data collection begins.

Third-party links

Profiles link to GitHub and other third-party services. Those services receive information according to their own privacy policies when you follow a link. AgentFind uses a strict-origin referrer policy to limit the path information sent across sites.

Retention, rights, and contact

Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep a correction record, meet legal duties, or resolve disputes. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Use the contact page to make a privacy request.

The site operator's legal name and jurisdiction must be added before production launch. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@agentfind.app.
